All abilities are welcome and sessions are designed to allow the coach to work with riders of all skill levels helping develop bike handling, group riding and any other area needed skills. You will be surprised at how much you can learn and how fit you can become with a weekly hard bike ride in the hands of an experienced coach!
BRICK RUN Option: Stick around after the High Park BIKE workout for a quick run boost.  You will get coach-provided tips and instruction on how to improve your transition times, including how to set up a transition and ‘free speed’ opportunities.
