Coach Lucien Peron found his calling to become a full time coach when, while working as an Information Systems Engineer, he launched a run training group at his office.
He brings a systematic and holistic approach to his coaching by addressing nutrition, fueling, hydration, strength and condition to endurance training programming.
Lucien sees sport as a lifelong pursuit for his athletes as well as for himself: He is a13x Ironman finisher, completed the Ironman World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii (2018), as well as the Canadian Triple Ironman (Whistler, Mont-Tremblant and Muskoka, 2015, the only year in which they were all held). He is also an 11x Ironman 70.3 finisher, a winter triathlon finisher (Ottawa, Winterlude 2015) and marathon finisher on five continents
Lucien is a Triathlon Canada Licensed – Competition Coach and holds the following certifications:
