Come join Coach Tara Norton for an outdoor hill repeat bike workout on Thursdays at 6:15 AM.  Get strong riding hill repeats with great people!
The ride starts from Serena Gundy Park in Sunnybrook at 6:15 AM.
The ride incorporates various hills that are fun and safe to ride (because we stick mostly to the trails in Toronto)!
All riders (all abilities) and all bikes are welcome.
Bikes must be in proper working order.  Athletes should be equipped to change a flat tire and bring their own tire changing equipment.
Please dress for the weather and rear lights are recommended for visibility.
Start Date:  Thursday May 16th
End Date:  Thursday September 19th
Start Time: 6:15 AM – 7:30 AM (with the option to cut out earlier)
Location:  Serena Gundy Park – meet in the parking lot (if riding down from Rykert Crescent caution on the metal bridge which can be slippery if wet)
