Youth Triathlon Camp
A week long training camp designed for athletes 10-16 years old.
Training camp will focus on basic and intermediate movement skills per the Triathlon Canada Long Term Development Plan.
This Training camp is designed to develop skill and fitness through movement, drills, games and interval training.
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Meet at Riverdale Outdoor pool Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Meet at Cherry Beach Tuesday and Friday
