Beginner Triathlon Boot Camp
A week long training camp, 1.5-2 hours per day that will teach you everything you need to know to do your first triathlon.
The sessions cover swim technique and fitness, transitions, hill biking, changing a flat tire, open water swim session and a run workout.

Monday 7:00-8:00 AM Riverdale Outdoor Pool: Hill bike workout.
Tuesday 6:45-8:00 AM Cherry Beach: Introduction to open water swimming, including putting on/removing a wetsuit, sighting, drafting, swim starts, breathing, rounding buoys.
Wednesday 7:00-9:00 AM Riverdale Outdoor Pool: Run workout and drills followed by pool swim
Thursday 7:00-9:00 AM Riverdale Outdoor Pool: Transitions followed by a pool swim
