PRIVATE SWIMMING LESSONS  

Team Atomica swimming lessons are ideal for both new and experienced swimmers of all ages. Our expert coaches will customize your lesson(s) to include tailored instructions for your area(s) of need or desired improvements 

• overcome aquaphobia
• learn-to-swim
• learn a new stroke (s)
• controlled breathing
• stroke improvement
• swim faster
• flip turns (tumble / back / crossover / suicide)
• race dives
• open water racing techniques (seasonal)
• synchronized swimming moves / technique

Lessons include a follow up email with a brief synopsis of what was covered.

Lessons may include instant video feedback at the coach’s discretion.

Pool Swimming Lesson Prices

*NOTE on semi-private lessons – by special request only and are only advisable if both swimmers are a similar level and age (parent & child lessons are not available); Team Atomica does not match swimmers for these lessons; 1 swimmer will be Invoiced for full lesson; any cancellations or rescheduling as per the terms below affect both swimmers

Below there is a list of times and pools that are potentially available for Private Lessons.  To book a lesson, please email admin@teamatomica.com and to be matched with the best possible coach for you, it is helpful if you include the following information with your request:

• contact name, email and telephone number
• if the lesson is for a youth, age of youth
• swimming level or brief swimming background of participant
• goal of lessons (ie learn to swim, improve stroke, overcome fear of water etc.)
• list the pool(s) and day(s) of the week from the list below that you would potentially be available for your swimming lessons
  

Once we receive your request, we will try to match you with an available coach and they will contact you directly to arrange your lessons.

VIRTUAL VIDEO ANALYSIS

One of our expert coaches will use the video you supply and provide a videotaped virtual analysis.

Have your Team Atomica coach video tape you during your private lesson or have a friend tape you privately.  Great value for time and money and eliminates the need to schedule an in person lesson.

REQUIREMENTS:  Above and/or below water, high quality video recording of swimming to be analyzed

COST: $80+HST

DISCOUNT: $65+HST if combined with an in person private lesson

TERMS FOR PRIVATE LESSONS

• PAYMENT as Team Atomica will be reserving both a coach’s time and pool space for you, lessons must be paid for in full at the time of booking or within 48 hours of being Invoiced
• MULTIPLE BOOKINGS AT ONCE we understand paying for a series of lessons upfront can be a big commitment but please understand that once you book a coach’s time, they reserve that time for you and need to work both their personal and other professional commitments around your reservation…this is why we ask for your financial commitment up front. We only recommend booking dates in advance that you know you will be available to attend and we ask that you give us as much notice as possible for any dates you need to change so we can free up our coach’s and pool time for someone else
• Full CREDIT will be applied to your account for any requests to reschedule or cancel a lesson if received by Team Atomica at least 72 hours before the scheduled lesson
• 50% CREDIT will be applied to your account for any requests to reschedule or cancel a lesson if received by Team Atomica between 24 – 72 hours before the lesson
• NO REFUND or CREDIT will be given if a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before or if the participant is late or does not show up
• CANCELLATIONS BY TEAM ATOMICA if your lesson(s) is cancelled by Team Atomica (ie coach is sick, pool closure etc.), you will have the option of either rebooking or receiving a Full CREDIT or REFUND for the cancelled lesson(s)
