TORONTO Swim Camp

Swim yourself into the New Year!
Looking for great 2 hour workouts with expert coaches and some holiday cheer? This year’s camp is great for both early birds and night owls because our practices are mid day in downtown Toronto! You’ll have your mornings to sleep in and your afternoons off.
Two of the following expert Team Atomica coaches will be on deck for all the workouts – Ayesha Rollinson, Nic van Beurden, Katie Allen or Darian Silk. Our professional coaches will guide you through each workout and up to 14 hours of swimming in 7 days. Every aspect of swimming will be covered over the course of the camp – Endurance swimming, sprinting, diving, turns and walls, kicking and technique.
Fitness and Endurance are the major foci for the camp…this camp is NOT a stroke improvement or learn to swim program.
NOTE: Participants must be able to swim 400m continuous in a 50m pool and be in the water for 2 hours.

Schedule: Noon – 2:00 PM daily (up to 14 hours over 7 days!)

Cost:
| $268+HST | Full Camp (all 7 days), purchased at once |
| $160+HST | Any 4 Days, at once, add more $40+HST ea |
| $123+HST | Any 3 Days, at once, add more $41+HST ea |
| $47+HST | Single sessions |

Cancellation Policy:
Credit only available, minus $25+HST Administrative Fee per request, up to Dec 6th only. No Credits after Dec 6th.

REFUNDS will be offered in the case that Team Atomica needs to cancel any date you have signed up and paid for
CREDITS minus $25+HST Administrative Fee per request, will be available to participants up to Dec 6th
NO CREDIT will be available to participants after Dec 6th
