The newest way to reach your goals – Week-long early morning camps for either triathletes or swimmers
Team Atomica Beginner Triathlon Boot Camp – July 3rd-6th & Aug 6th-9th
A week long training camp, 1.5-2 hours per day that will teach you everything you need to know to do your first triathlon.
The sessions cover swim technique and fitness, transitions, hill biking, changing a flat tire, open water swim session and a run workout.

Monday 7:00-8:00 AM Riverdale Outdoor Pool: Hill bike workout.
Tuesday 6:45-8:00 AM Cherry Beach: Introduction to open water swimming, including putting on/removing a wetsuit, sighting, drafting, swim starts, breathing, rounding buoys.
Wednesday 7:00-9:00 AM Riverdale Outdoor Pool: Run workout and drills followed by pool swim
Thursday 7:00-9:00 AM Riverdale Outdoor Pool: Transitions followed by a pool swim

Team Atomica Youth Triathlon Camp – July 9th -July 13th & July 23rd -July 27th
A week long training camp designed for athletes 10-16 years old.
Training camp will focus on basic and intermediate movement skills per the Triathlon Canada Long Term Development Plan.
This Training camp is designed to develop skill and fitness through movement, drills, games and interval training.
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Meet at Riverdale Outdoor pool Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Meet at Cherry Beach Tuesday and Friday

Team Atomica Adult 16+ Swim Training Camp – July 16th -July 20th
A perfect opportunity for swimmers and multi sport athletes to give their swim fitness a HUGE midsummer boost
1.5-1.75 hours of swimming everyday either in open water or pool.
8:00-9:45 AM Mon, Wednesday, Thursday Riverdale Park East Outdoor Pool
6:30-8:00 AM Tuesday, Friday Cherry Beach or other open water

We require all athletes to fill out a waiver form once per season. All parents and caregivers need to fill out the waiver form (on behalf) of their child if they are participating for the first time or have not filled out the documents recently.
