Join Ultraman World Champion Tara Norton and super-cyclist Nic van Beurden of Team Atomica in Table Rock, South Carolina (near Greenville) for a picturesque cycling camp filled with epic views and options for all levels of athletes to ride 1-5 hours daily on all types of terrain.

With multiple opportunities to swim and run, this camp will kick off your outdoor training early and help you gain a boost in fitness for your upcoming 2023 season.

Team Atomica wants you to be able to focus on your training…not grocery shopping, dishes or fiddling with equipment, and that is why this camp will be fully supported.  Basic bike mechanics will be done on site by our Team Atomica support staff; breakfast and lunch food will be supplied; and all dinners are provided.

Your ride routes and optional swim and run workouts will be organized by coaches who know this amazing area and are passionate about developing your skills and getting you as fit as possible.

Tara and Nic will provide options for both hilly and flat riding routes of varying distances and they will guide your brain and body to reach new levels of fitness while providing technical feedback.

Each day will end with a meal “at home” followed by evening information sessions on topics such as nutrition, mental training, injury prevention, recovery, and bike technique.

Each athlete will be challenged and supported regardless of ability.

Travel expenses are not included (car or flight).

Usually most participants drive down and we can help to organize car-pooling closer to camp time.

Flights are typically in the $500-600 range and the nearest airport is Greenville-Spartanburg which is 36 miles away, and Charlotte Douglas airport is 122 miles away.
